Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days after your purchase and depending on the product, you will receive it in 2-4 business days. Some products, which are not in our warehouse facility take up to 14 days for delivery.

We do accept custom metal orders but we don’t accept custom print orders. 

Our deadline for custom orders is 14 business days but most of the time we are dispatching them in 5-7 business days. 

We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order from FedEx’s official website or DHL’s official website. 

We do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase but unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 30 days after the purchase. But if you like to return your order because you didn’t like it the shipment costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, these kind of things are happening occasionally, but don’t worry we can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.

Unfortunately, we don’t send orders to PO boxes because of FedEx’s and DHL’s shipment policies. 

We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens just wait a couple of days or contact us via hello@northshire.co so we can fasten the things up. 

Yes, we can give you an extra discount if you order in bulk. The discount rate depends on the quantity that you would like to order. For more information about that you can contact us via sales@homehippo.store
